Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason (section 11 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, FAGG).
Withdrawal period
The period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
If your order contains several models delivered separately, the period starts on the day you received the last of them.
How to withdraw
Inform us of your decision by a clear statement — by e-mail or letter. You do not need to give a reason.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is easier via the “Withdraw from contract” button on our website; enter your order number there and we will confirm receipt immediately.
To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your statement before the 14 days expire.
What happens after you withdraw
We refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs. For delivery we refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer — even if you chose a more expensive shipping option.
The refund is made within 14 days of the day your statement reached us, to the same account you paid from. There is no charge for this.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Returning the goods
Send the goods back to us within 14 days of your statement. The deadline is met if you dispatch the parcel before it expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please return the models in their original packaging where possible and pack them well — not because we require it, but because collector models are easily damaged in transit.
Loss of value
You may examine the goods as you would in a shop. For any loss of value going beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you owe us compensation — for instance if a model was taken out of its sealed display case and played with.
When there is no right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specification or clearly tailored to your personal needs (section 18 FAGG). In our range this concerns only special models manufactured or lettered on your order; we point this out before the order in each case.
