Dear collector,

as every year, the popular annual catalogue 2011 Edition 1 has been published. For 2011, too, vehicles have been chosen as prototypes for models that have not been available as miniatures so far. As in the past decade the emphasis is on racing models, but you will also find a wealth of re-editions of well-known road cars, of classic as well as modern design. Like the first Paul’s Model Art model of 1990, Hans-Joachim Stuck’s Audi V8 in 1:43, most of the miniatures are in the international collector’s scale 1:43, but the range extends from the popular 1:18 models up to the exclusive size 1:6. All over the world the models are known for their exact reproduction of body shapes and their wealth of detail. Today most master models are created by so-called rapid prototyping, a process that works exclusively with computer surface data and is gradually replacing classic plaster master modelling.
